Rustam Minnikhanov visits several objects in Naberezhnye Chelny

On October 16, during his working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Acting Head of Naberezhnye Chelny Executive Committee Nail Magdeev, Director General of OAO KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin, deputy of Russian State Duma Alfiya Kogogina visited a rental house for IT-park employees, the Victory Park and Sunrise City residential complex.
At the rental house for IT-park employees Tatarstan President held a meeting with heads of ministries and agencies responsible for the housing and entrusted them with solving problems with guaranteed financial support on the part of employers, providing quality services and finishing the paperwork.
At the Victory Park Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the park reconstruction concept.
During their visit to Sunrise City residential complex the guests were told about the project that is invested by the Turkish company Kastamonu Entegre. The project implies development of the 5.8 hectare territory, building of houses for 850 flats, fitness centre, kindergarten, shops, restaurants, skating rink and business centres.
Tatarstan President also took part in a session of the City Council afterwards.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
