The Poly Technology (China) looks forward to cooperating with Tatarstan

On October 28, at their meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, executives of the Poly Technology (China) said that they looked forward to developing cooperation with Tatarstan in a number of areas.
Opening the meeting, Tatarstan President reminded that he met executives of the company during his visit to Beijing in April this year. “At that time we discussed prospective areas of our joint projects, and today you are in Tatarstan and have already visited a number of our leading enterprises,” Minnikhanov addressed members of the delegation.
According to Tatarstan President, the Poly Technology is a world-famous company, having experience of work in Tatarstan. "I want to affirm our great interest in cooperation with the Poly group. You have already had experience of cooperation with Kazan Giproniiaviaprom and also bought Kazan helicopters some time ago. We have a lot of opportunities for new cooperation," Minnikhanov said.
Minnikhanov went on to say that machines supplied by the Chinese company could interest regional enterprises.
Tatarstan President noted that currently Russia is actively cooperating with China. The delegation of the republic led by Rustam Minnikhanov has visited Chinese People’s Republic two times this year. A number of Chinese companies already do business or plan to start working in the republic. Tatarstan opened its representative office in Beijing.
"I am sure that your visit will give new impetus to our relations," Minnikhanov said.
In their turn, representatives of the company pointed out a number of promising areas of cooperation. Cooperation with Kazan Giproniiaviaprom in designing air transport infrastructure facilities, sale of Kazan helicopters in Chinese markets, import machines to Kazan, as well as construction are among them.
Minnikhanov confirmed that the republic is interested in cooperation with the Poly Technologies in the proposed areas.
Tatarstan Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President on International Affairs Radik Gimatdinov, heads of machine-building enterprises of the republic took part in the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
