Special shareholders’ meeting of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim”

On October 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a special shareholders’ meeting of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, where the decision about early termination of powers of the board of directors was made. In connection with appointment of Azat Bikmurzin to the position of company Director General new board of directors was elected:
Sergey Alekseev - First Deputy Director General of OAO “Svyazinvestneftekhim”,
Vladimir Busygin - Deputy Director General of OAO “TAIF” on management and strategic development of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim”,
Radik Gaizatullin – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan,
Ravil Zaripov – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan,
Nail Maganov - Director General of OAO “Tatneft” named after V.D.Shashin,
Milich Zhelko – CEO of IPCO - TRADING S.A.,
Vladimir Presnyakov - Deputy Director General on petrochemistry and oil processing of OAO “TAIF”,
Aleksandr Rappoport – managing partner of “Rappoport and partners” law company,
Rinat Sabirov - Aide to Tatarstan President (state agent),
Guzeliya Safina – Deputy Director General on economy and finance of OAO “TAIF”.
In accordance with amendments made in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that became effective on September 1, 2014, shareholders approved amendments made in articles of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim”.
Director General of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim” Azat Bikmurzin made a report on financial and economic activity in January-September 2014.
Members of the Board supported the proposal of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and elected Busygin Vladimir Mikhailovich Board Chairman of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, and confirmed credentials of Director General of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftehim” Azat Bikmurzin.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
