Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit in Colombia

On November 3 in the afternoon, upon his arrival on a two-day working visit (November 3-4, 2014) in Bogota, Colombia Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was met by Russia's Ambassador to Colombia Pavel Sergiev at the Bogota International Airport.
During his stay in Colombia, Rustam Minnikhanov will get acquainted with the Bogota’s public transportation system and hold a meeting with executives of the National Association of Colombian Entrepreneurs (ANDI).
Rustam Minnikhanov will also visit the Colombia-Russia Chamber of Commerce to meet its leadership. Moreover, a meeting with Colombia’s Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mrs. Patti Londoño is scheduled.
Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minnulina, Director General of KAMAZ Automobile Corporation Sergey Kogogin, Director of Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, Board Chairman Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the republic Shamil Ageev, and other regional officials are on the Tatarstan delegation.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
