Tatarstan President hands over pennant of cultural capital of Turkic world to Turkmenistan

On November 21, at the final of II international television song contest “Turkvidenie” at Tatneft-arena complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the pennant of the cultural capital of Turkic world to Turkmenistan Minister of culture Annageldi Garadzhaev.15 performers took part in the event.
The winner was Zhanar Dugalova, who represented Kazakhstan. Aidar Suleiman from Tatarstan took the second place.
Rustam Minnikhanov addressed participants of the contest with a welcoming speech: “The year “Kazan is the cultural capital of Turkic world” is finishing with such a wonderful event today. I am grateful to our guests, who were competing for victory and are here today. Though everyone wanted to win, there is only one winner. Congratulations on her victory!”
Minnikhanov thanked the international organization TURKSOY for their systemic and hard work on maintaining the basis of culture of the Turkic world.
TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kaseinov, in his turn, thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for a warm reception: “I wish multi-ethnic Tatarstan people happiness and prosperity, and success to young people we see here today.”
Minnikhanov handed over a pennant of cultural capital of Turkic world to Turkmenistan Minister of culture Annageldi Garadzhaev.
The city of Mary has become the capital of Turkic world-2015.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
