Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in meeting of Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia

On November 24, in village of Zhelezny, Krasnodar region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev. The meeting discussed issues related to the agricultural sector of the country.
Before the meeting, participants got acquainted with the work of a dairy mega farm of the Kuban Agroholding, one of the largest farms in the Krasnodar region and Southern Federal District.
Opening the meeting, Dmitry Medvedev said that a number of meetings on promoting the agriculture have been held recently, but today's meeting of the Council is devoted to innovative development of the agriculture. "Today, we have many instances of successful innovation-based development of the industry and introduction of our own production processes. In fact, modernisation is underway of what is perhaps one of the most conservative industries, which is indicative of the fact that agriculture is developing at a good pace, and we can see the results of this work," he said.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
