Rustam Minnikhanov hands awards to winners of contest “50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” in nomination “Perspective”

On December 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in awarding winners of the 10th contest“50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” in Kazan (Korston hotel).
The annual contest organized by the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has been held since 2005. Partners of the contest are Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology, Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”, OAO “Svyazinvestneftekhim”, OAO “Ak Bars bank”, OAO “Himgrad”, Association of non-profit organizations “Association of innovative regions of Russia”, and Association of small and medium-size enterprises. The contest aims to increase innovative potential of the republic.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said that there are a lot of innovative sites in the republic, - technopark “Idea”, Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”, High Technology Technopark “IT-park”, technopolis “Himgrad”, Kama industrial park “Master”.
“Nowadays, all necessary conditions and infrastructure for support and development of small and medium-size enterprises are being created in our country. Russian Association of Venture Investment, Russian Venture Company, Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology are partners in the sphere of innovations,” Minnikhanov said. Besides, according to Tatarstan President, there is a balance between federal and regional interests in the sphere of venture investments and innovative sites.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan on the 10th anniversary and wished success and new projects.
Then, the President handed awards to winners of the contest “50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” in nomination “Perspective”, - participants from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Buinsk, Aktanysh, Alekseevsk, Chistopol and Perm regions, and state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan were handed to CEO of Russian Venture Capital Association Albina Nikkonen, Director General of OAO “Russian Venture Company” Igor Agamirzyan, Head of Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology Sergey Polyakov, and employees of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ildar Khalikov, in his turn, handed awards in nomination “Social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
