An agreement between Tatarstan Federation of Trade Unions, Coordinating Council of Employers' Unions and Cabinet of Ministers for 2015-2016 years signed in Tatarstan

On December 11, at Tatarstan Government House, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan Tatiana Vodopyanova, President of Tatarstan Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of Coordinating Council of Employers of the republic Alexander Lavrentiev and Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov singed a regional agreement between Tatarstan Federation of Trade Unions, Coordinating Council of Employers and Cabinet of Ministers of republic on social and economic policies and development of social partnership for 2015-2016.
Ildar Khalikov reminded that the document is signed for the eighteenth time. “This year, we sign this document in a difficult period for the economy. We are at the beginning of a difficult year. However, there is understanding between trade unions, employers and the government,” Khalikov said and thanked social partners for their reasonable approach to the situation and finding a compromise.
The Prime Minister noted that the document sets out general principles of regulation of labor and related economic relations at the national level, as well as joint actions of social partners to implement them. None of guarantees provided by the Agreement has not been lost or reduced, he said.
Among the most important priorities stipulated by the Agreement, Khalikov mentioned raising the level and quality of life, building human capacity, creating new jobs, as well as for young people, growing revenue of working citizens, creating safe working conditions, etc.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
