On December 21, at his address, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the Regional New Year’s Party held at the Tatneft-Arena brought together the brightest and most talented pupils from all over Tatarstan.
Speaking at the event, Minnikhanov expressed his confidence that in the future boys and girls will do their best to prosper the republic.
"I have no doubt that Tatarstan will flourish and be the leading region in our country thanks to you," he said.
According to him, the regional leadership’s task is to give an opportunity to reveal children’s talent and make them competitive in the modern world, being able to meet all the challenges and requirements of the modern society.
Tatarstan President appreciated participants of the Hot Heart Project, a 16-year-old resident of Nurlat town Ramil Gatin, who saved a baby from drowning in the river and gave him first aid during the summer holidays in 2012, a 16-year resident of Leninogorsk town Vladislav Serov, who saved a newly wedded couple taken far away from the shore by the wave in 2012 and rescued two children from drowning in the sea during a storm in the city of New Athos in 2013, a 15-year resident of the Aksubaevo region Rinat Suleimanov, who save a boy from drowning in the river in July 2011.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
