More than 850,000 rights and real estate transactions registered in Tatarstan in 2014

On January 14, speaking at an extended meeting of Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch of Federal Cadastre Chamber on results of work in 2014 and setting tasks for 2015 its chief Azat Zabbarov reported that more than 850,000 rights and real estate transactions were registered last year as in 2013. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the meeting.
The registration of land property rights increased by 37.4 per cent in 2014 as compared to previous year’s level, reaching almost 320,000 in total in the republic. The number of registered premises rights amounted to over 429,500 in 2014, which is 7.7 per cent less than a year earlier.
According to Zabbarov, the quantity of participatory construction agreements increased. The amount of registered agreements exceeded 17,000, showing a growth of 45 per cent. There is a significant increase in registered mortgages in Tatarstan the second year running. In 2014, the figure amounted to 100,000, which is 13 per cent more as in 2013.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
