Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev presents the 5th volume of Book of philanthropists and gratitude letters of the Regional Fund "Revival"

On January 23, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to handing in the copies of 5th volume of Book of philanthropists and gratitude letters of the Regional Fund for Revival of Historical and Cultural monuments of Tatarstan Republic.
The Book of philanthropists was introduced by the Regional Fund "Revival" to perpetuate the names of companies and enterprises of all patterns of ownership and individual persons that contributed to monuments reconstruction under the project “Cultural heritage of Tatarstan: the ancient town of Bolgar and island town of Sviyazhsk”. All volumes of the Book contain the names of 38,000 philanthropists.
Famous historical places such as Kazan, Bolgar, Sviyazhsk and Yelabuga were shown in the video clip “Historical and cultural heritage of Tatarstan” presented at the ceremony.
Mintimer Shaimiev outlined that world-known directors and cameramen work on it and Tatarstan is represented through the video clip to the world, particularly 67 countries.
Tatarstan State Counsellor mentioned the inclusion of Bolgar historical and architectural complex in the list of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of UNESCO as the greatest success and thanked all of the people for supporting the restoration of historical monuments of the republic.
Then, Shaimiev told about future plans of the Fund “Revival” and handed in copies of the 5th volume of Book and gratitude letters to the philanthropists.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
