Memorandum about mutual understanding signed between Republic Tatarstan and IDA International

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meetings in Singapore. We remind that Tatarstan delegation headed by Rustam Minnikhanov is taking part in work of the fourth Russia- Singapore Business Forum (September, 27-29).

The presentation of project e-Government Singapore was held in the office of IDA International with participation of First Deputy chairman of Russian government Igor Shuvalov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of RT President Administration Yury Kamaltynov, RT Minister of Economy Marat Safiullin, and General Director of the RT Center of information technologies Nikolay Nikiforov.

During the presentation management of IDA International told about experience in development and implementation of the project e-Government in activity of Singapore government and work on reorganization of Singapore government services (beginning from 1980).

By words of Chief executive director of IDA International Mr Chin Siong the company was created for stimulation of international interest towards Singapore experience in the sphere of information and communication technologies in work of government services.

Later on the presentation “The Republic of Tatarstan and Singapore: cooperation in the sphere of e-government” was held.

Finally, Memorandum about mutual understanding between Republic Tatarstan and IDA International has been signed by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief executive director of IDA International Mr Chin Siong.
