Exhibition dedicated to 5th anniversary of “Revival” Foundation opened in Bolgar

On February 17, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Guardians of “Revival” Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev, Deputy Chairman of State Council, CEO of “Revival” Foundation Tatyana Larionova, Head of Spassky region Kamil Nugaev, Deputy Minister of Culture Svetlana Persova took part in the event dedicated to the 5th anniversary of “Revival” Foundation in Bolgar.
Upon arrival in Bolgar, the guests visited the Museum of Bolgar civilization and opening of the exhibition “revival of ancient Bolgar” dedicated to the 5th anniversary of “Revival” Foundation.
Photos of construction stages and restoration of objects such as Khan’s palace, White Mosque, and Museum of bread, and drawings of pupils of Spassky region were presented at the exhibition. Mintimer Shaimiev liked the drawings and asked children about their future plans. Larionova noted that all drawings will be presented at a regional contest dedicated to Bolgar and Sviyazhsk.
Shaimiev was interested in the project developed by pupils of secondary school №2 “Welcome to Bolgar”, a business campaign on organization of quest excursions in Bolgar and production of photo frames symbolizing the ancient town of Bolgar.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
