Agreement between JSC “KAMAZ” and CNH International S.A. signed in Moscow

In the presence of RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Head of transnational company FIAT Group Sergio Marchionne and General Director of State Corporation “Rusnanotech” - Chairman of JSC “KAMAZ” Directors board Sergey Chemezov signed agreement between JSC “KAMAZ” and CNH Internation (FIAT Group) about creating two joint enterprises for production of agricultural and building equipment, promotion and sale of production.

Chairman of RT government Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin, Head of CNH Internation Franco Fusignani presented at the ceremony of signing.

Joint work of JSC “KAMAZ” and CNH will allow creating extra working places, increase of tax revenues in budgets of various levels and growth of technological level of Russian agricultural and machine building.

By words of Sergey Chemezov Russian industrial companies on the whole and KAMAZ in particular are intensively developing cooperation with leading world producers of high-tech goods.

JSC “KAMAZ” is the largest Russian producer of heavy trucks. It holds the 11 place in the world by the amount trucks production and the 8 place by producing diesel engines. By and large, 95 enterprises are included into “KAMAZ” group of companies, 13 of them are the main subsidiary companies.

Sales network and service of JSC “KAMAZ” cover all Russian regions and CIS. It has 127 dealers and more than 100 company automobile service centres.

Automobiles are being used in more than 80 countries of CIS, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Four joint enterprises have been already created with participation of leading foreign producers of auto components: “CF KAMA”, “KAMMINZ KAMA”, “KNORR BREMZE KAMA” and “Federal Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny”.

Concern Case New Holland which belongs to FIAT Group in the second producer of agricultural equipment and the third producer of building equipment in the world. In 2008 annual turnover of the company made 18,5 bln. US dollars (21 % in turnover of FIAT).
