Head of Tatarstan Government Rustam Minnikhanov viewed number of objects in Cheremshnasky municipal region

Prime minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is in a working trip on Cheremshansky municipal region. He is accompanied with RT Minister of construction, architecture, housing and communal services Marat Khusnullin, RT Minister of Health care Airat Farrakhov, head of the State housing fund under RT President Talgat Abdullin and chief of Cheremshansky region Minsagit Shakirov.

House of culture under construction. Since 2008 it has been allocated 10 million roubles for construction of this object, 30 more mln. rbl is needed for its finishing.
Further, Rustam Minnikhanov saw apartment houses on Sovetskaya street in the village Cheremshan included in the program of major repair. In total, under the program of major repairs of 2009, 13 apartment houses for the sum 32 million roubles have been repaired.

Cheremshansky secondary school №2 was shown to Rustam Minnikhanov after major repair. It has been assimilated 10 million roubles on this object.
Next, RT Prime Minister and the persons accompanying him visited residential quarter №79, where apartment houses under the program of the social mortgage are being erected. All in all, 16 one-apartment houses for the sum 26,4 million roubles have been constructed.

Within the limits of a trip Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Central regional hospital in Cheremshan. Its reconstruction has been held since 2004, for this time the area of a building increased, the infectious and economic blocks were constructed. Modern equipment, including digital phluorograph and ultrasonic device, two reanimobiles « Fiat Dukato » have been bought for needs of the Central regional hospital. It has been mastered 225 million roubles, for end of the works it is necessary 16 million roubles more.

Last object in Cheremshan became a new shopping center "Caravan-sarai" the area 2500 sq.m. with cafe for 25 places. On construction of the object it has been mastered 125,2 million roubles.

«Despite of the crisis, I am impressed by the developed works in Cheremshan region, - Rustam Minnikhanov stated after viewing the objects. - especially it is worth to note the quality of major repair of habitation ».
In opinion of RT PM, regional center has changed, here the new objects have appeared, one of them - shopping center "Caravan-sarai ". Earlier such shopping centers were characteristic only for large cities.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that as a whole a situation in Cheremshan is steady, agriculture has coped with tasks in view.
