Rustam Minnikhanov: “We maintain peace and concord in the society and consider opinion of all peoples”

On March 11, Tatarstan President held a meeting with Kazan Jewish community where they discussed issues of cooperation and support of activity of the community.

Tatarstan President said he is sure that such contacts with heads of national and cultural religious organizations help considering interests of all peoples living in the republic, maintain peace and concord in the society.

Ethnic and confessional programmes, measures on preserving and developing languages, cultures and traditions are realized with the support of state, municipalities and business today.

Interethnic and inter-confessional peace is the guarantee of development and wellbeing of the republic, he said.
