Rustam Minnikhanov hands in Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan to People's Artist of Russia Asghar Shakirov

On March 13, at a solemn ceremony at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan” to People's Artist of Russia Asghar Shakirov.
Congratulating Shakirov on the 75th anniversary, Minnikhanov noted that for more than fifty years of performing on the stage of the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar Academic Theatre Azgar Shakirov has played dozens of impressive and unique roles and made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Tatar theatre and presented him the car key.
Thanking Tatarstan President for the award, Azgar Shakirov said that the regional leadership strongly supports the Tatar theater and actors. According to him, residents of the republic love the theatre. Also, Shakirov presented Rustam Minnikhanov books dedicated to his work at the theatre. Tatarstan President thanked Shakirov and wished him good health and long life.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
On 1 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in N.I. Lobachevsky Prize and Medal Award Ceremony held in Kazan Federal University and handed in the award to the Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Chief Researcher of the St. Petersburg Department of Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Ivanov who was awarded for the outstanding achievements in fundamental and applied mathematics.
