On April 6, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on working visit in Vietnam. With the official Russian delegation led by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Minnikhanov will take part in meetings and negotiations with leaders of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Medvedev laid wreath to Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh and Memorial of the fallen heroes in Hanoi, and met Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyễn Tấn Dũng.
As results of Russia-Vietnam negotiations a number of important documents and agreements were signed including the plan of actions of Russia-Vietnam high-level working group on priority investment projects for 2015, plan of actions on realization of the programme of cooperation between Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare and Vietnam Ministry of Health on rendering help to Vietnam in providing sanitary and epidemiological wellbeing of population, Memorandum of understanding between OAO “Gasprom oil” and Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation, Agreement on cooperation between the Association of Russia-Vietnam friendship and Association of Vietnam-Russia friendship in 2016-2020, Agreement on cooperation between OAO “Russian railways” and state company “Vietnam railways”.
Upon completion of negotiations Dmitry Medvedev and Nguyễn Tấn Dũng made statements for the press.

On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
