Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on working visit to Azerbaijan Republic

On April 13, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on working visit to Azerbaijan Republic, was met by Niyazi Abdulla oglu Safarov, Azerbaijan Deputy Minister of economy and industry, Oleg Murashev, the Russian charge d'Affaires in Azerbaijan, and other officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
Rustam Minnikhanov is going to meet first deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic Yaqub Abdulla oğlı Eyyubov, and Minister of emergency situations Colonel-general Kamaladdin Fattah oglu Heydarov.
Rustam Minnikhanov will also have a conversation with President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Heydarov oglu Aliyev and meet Tatar community of Azerbaijan Republic.
On April 14, Rustam Minnikhanov and his party will visit the city of Gandzha to take part in opening of KAMAZ assembly plant at Gandzha automotive plant.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
