Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the Moscow-Tatarstan Bridge Youth Forum in Moscow

On April 18, in Moscow, Interim Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the first Moscow youth forum “Moscow-Tatarstan Brigde”.
The forum initiated and organized by the Representative Office of the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia is aimed at consolidating youth associations in Moscow region and attracting them to cooperate with Tatarstan. The event is timed to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the 25th anniversary of the new statehood of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to forum event managers, more than 800 students and graduates from Moscow universities, young specialists under 35 years old submitted their applications to participate in the forum. All of them are from Tatarstan and the Tatars from other Russian regions.
During the forum youth representatives asked Rustam Minnikhanov their questions on various topics. In particular, they invited Interm Tatarstan President to visit Tatar students in the Moscow State University and conscripts from Tatarstan, serving in Moscow, thanked him for the support provided by the republic.
Forum participants also asked about programmes to support the youth and issues related to employment and career. Minnikhanov told about the Strategic talent management programme, Algarysh staff training and retraining programme and many other programmes running in the republic.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
