Branch of All-Russia Research Institute of Aviation Materials to be set up in Tatarstan

On April 20, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Director General of All-Russia Research Institute of Aviation Materials Evgeny Kablov and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the issue related to establishing a branch of the Research Institute of Aviation Materials in the republic.

According to Evgeny Kablov, this project will strengthen cooperation between the Research Institute and the leading enterprises of Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov noted that creation of domestic aircraft components is of great importance for the Russian industrial sector. He stressed that the developments made by employees of the Research Institute of Aviation Materials are in demand in the aircraft construction, machine-building and defense companies in the country.

At the end of the meeting the Action Plan for establishing the branch of the Research Institute of Aviation Materials was signed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Ravil Zaripov and Director General of the Research Institute of Aviation Materials Evgeny Kablov.
