Deputy Chairman of Council of Ministers of Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas arrives in Kazan

On April 21, Deputy Chairman of Council of Ministers of Cuba, Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Russian-Cuban Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation Ricardo Cabrisas, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
Ricardo Cabrisas is visiting the republic to attend the session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Cuban Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, which will take place on April 22.
Representatives of the Cuban delegation led Ricardo Cabrisas will have a meeting with Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, visit the Kazan Helicopter Plant, etc.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
