XV Russian and X Kazan venture fairs open in the capital of Tatarstan

On April 23, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Aide to Russian President Andrey Fursenko, State Secretary- Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oleg Fomichev, CEO of Russian Venture Capital Association Albina Nikkonen, Director General of “Russian venture company” Igor Agamirzyan, Director of the state non-profit organization “Investment and venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ainur Aideldinov took part in the XV Russian and X Kazan venture fairs in Kazan.
“Today, Russian and Kazan fairs are held at the same time. It means that the Kazan site is developing. I hope that our work will be useful,” Rustam Minnikhanov said in his welcoming speech.
Oleg Fomichev congratulated all participants of the event on the opening of the fair on behalf of Russian Ministry of Economic Development.
Albina Nikkonen said that private investments and advanced technologies developed by young people are important for Russian economy.
According to Igor Agamirzyan, Tatarstan has become a hospitable place for holding such federal events.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
