Rustam Minnikhanov: Results of work of OAO “Kazanorgsintez” in 2014 raise our hopes

On April 29, at an annual shareholders meeting of OAO “Kazanorgsintez”, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that results of company’s work in 2014 raise our hopes. He noted that earning of the enterprise in 2014 made 54 billion roubles.
Speaking about provision of Kazanorgsintez with raw products, Rustam Minnikhanov said that problems occurred because of the increase in production output. One way to solve the problem is to increase ethane production by Tatneft Oil Company. Also, the contract for 10 years is being prepared for Gasprom.
“Gasprom is our strategic partner. They fulfill all undertaken commitments,” Minnikhanov said.
Director General of OAO “Kazanorgsintez” Farid Minigulov said that net profit of the company made 6.1 billion roubles. Revenues increased by 18 per cent.

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
