Rustam Minnikhanov: Spring field works have to be completed within a week

On May 13, at a meeting with representatives of the national media during his visit to Elabuga municipal region (Tatarstan) Interim Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that spring field works have to be completed within a week.
He noted that spring-field works are arranged well in the republic. In comparison with the previous year the delay is only one day, Minnikhanov said. He emphasized that the main task is to complete all of the major sowing works during the week.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that at the same time works on the construction of social facilities are underway in rural areas. Despite the fact that the construction season started recently in the republic, new rural clubs, medical and obstetrical stations, multiservice centers have opened, he said.
Touching upon the construction of the Ammoni plant Minnikhanov assured that all works are going according to schedule. He said that the construction of the fertilizer plant started from scratch, which points to good dynamics of development of the republic.

“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
