Rustam Minnikhanov: We hope that KAMAZ and BMC will become reliable partners

On May 18, at his meeting with leadership of BMC, the biggest Turkish vehicle manufacturer, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his hope that KAMAZ and BMC would become reliable partners.
Executives of BMC welcomed Rustam Minnikhanov and told about their meeting with representatives of KAMAZ company, where prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed and a decision about creation of two working groups for developing joint projects in the sphere of civil and defence was made.
Minnikhanov told that KAMAZ is one of the biggest enterprises in Russia and is of strategic importance for the country’s defence industry. In its turn, BMC is the main vehicle manufacturer in Turkey. Therefore, Russian and Turkish enterprises have good prospects for cooperation.
Vehicles produced at BMC were shown to Minnikhanov.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
