Rustam Minnikhanov meets managers of International Festival of Extreme Sports

On June 24, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met managers of International Festival of Extreme Sports (FISE) at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic.
FISE CEO Herve Andre-Benoit and international development Director Olivier PASCAL told about the festival and popularity of such events among young people. The festival has been held since 1997. The following sports are included in the programme, - cycling, skateboarding, roller sport. The competitions are normally held for four days and broadcast in 100 countries.
According to Director of ANO “Executive directorate of sports projects” Azat Kadyrov, holding of FISE World Cup in Kazan in 2016 was discussed at the meeting. FISE managers are considering organization of the event in Russia. They have visited Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan.
Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea and asked to go through details and variants of interaction with FISE managers.

On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
