Farit Khanifov appointed Aide to President of the Republic of Tatarstan

In accordance with the decree №395, Farit Khanifov has been appointed Aide to President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The decree was signed by Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Farit Mudarisovich Khanifov was born on March 7, 1961 in Naberezhnye Chelny. He graduated from Kazan engineering and building institute in 1983.
Working experience:
1983-1986 – foreman at Tukai Mobile Mechanical Division
1986-1990 – chief engineer at Elabuga Mobile Mechanical Division
1990-1995 – chairman of design and building cooperative “Lada”
1995-1995 – Head of Elabuga specialized repair and construction organization “Tatgasspecremstroi”
1995-1998 – Director of the branch “Elabugagasstroi” of OAO “Tatgastroi”
1998-2005 – first deputy head of administration, deputy head of administration – head of capital construction management in Elabuga region
2006-2011 - first deputy head of executive committee, head of executive committee of Elabuga region
2011 – June 2015 - first deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
