Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the project of restoration of Shamov hospital

On July 2, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a field session on the project of development of Nekrasov and Butlerov streets and restoration of the cultural heritage site “the building of Shamov hospital”. He was accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, representatives of regional ministries and agencies.
During his visit to Shamov hospital that was built in 1910 Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the reconstruction project of the historical monument. The project investor is a Turkish company. After the reconstruction the building will be converted to hotel.
Minnikhanov saw sketches of the interior and façade décor. He asked to finalize the project considering the made proposals.
Later on the same day, Minnikhanov went to Tukai Square where he was told about development of Nekrasov and Butlerov streets. He thanked Turkish partners for considering different variants of territorial development and asked to finalize the concept in cooperation with the Department of architecture and urban planning.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
