Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Men lay a capsule in the foundation of a new residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina"

On July 1, in Kazan, Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Mikhail Men and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov laid a capsule in the foundation of a new residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina".
Earlier today they took part in reopening of the modernized production line at OOO “Kazan house-building factory” (Kazan DSK). Its products are widely used in construction of a new residential complex “Svetlaya Dolina”. The large-scale Ak Bars Development project with a total area of 38 hectares envisages construction of 21 houses, a school, three kindergartens and other infrastructural facilities.
Speaking at the event Men said that Russia is implementing various housing programmes to support Russian families.
Minnikhanov said that a city for 20 thousand people will be built in the Svetlya Dolina residential complex. "They will live here in comfortable homes with an access to kindergartens, schools and other social facilities. And most importantly, the house, we are laying a foundation stone today will be built using completely new technology that allows us to build it fast and with high quality. And, of course, it will be a model for future large-panel construction,” Minnikhanov said.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
