Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in signing Agreements of intent with partners of 16th FINA World Championship

On July 3, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in signing of Agreements of intent with partners of 16th FINA World Championship.
The partners of 16th FINA World Championships are “Hygiene products” (Nefis state corporation), “Tea” (OOO “Orimi Trade), “Disinfectants ” (OOO Delrus Dez”), “Cultural event of the championship” (OOO “Kolisei center”).
The partner programme of the championship is an integral part of the international project. Participation of partners in preparation of the event is very important for proper commitment of obligations undertaken by Russian and Tatarstan Government and Kazan Mayor’s office.
Nefis corporation is the largest producer of consumer goods.
OOO “Delrus Dez” has produced disinfectants for 10 years. Their motto is “Progress for the sake of life”.
Orimi Trade is Russia’s largest producer of tea and coffee and hot drinks.
Kolisei center is an event agency that organizes big events in different spheres, - sport, event marketing, business events, MICE, festivals, corporate and social events.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
