On July 13, at his meeting with Director General of Tatar-inform agency Leonid Tolchinsky, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev congratulated him on the 25th anniversary of the agency and thanked for successful and effective work in the information space of the republic and the country.
“You cover the most important and interesting events about life of the republic creating our big history by everyday hard work,” Shaimiev said.
Tolchinsky told that the agency was founded on June 6, 1990 in accordance with the decree of Tatar regional committee of Communist party of the Soviet Union, and first secretary of the regional committee Mintimer Shaimiev signed the document.
Tolchinsky continued that due to that decision they managed to create a new format of presenting the latest information in Tatar and Russian.
Leonid Tolchinsky handed over the medal “For news reporting” with the Tatar-inform logotype to Shaimiev.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
