Rustam Minnikhanov opens new objects in Apastovsky region

On July 21, during his working trip to the Apastovsky region, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a number of new objects.
The first one was the new Culture center in Starye Enali village, the construction of which started in December of 2014, with the funding of 3 mln roubles.
Culture centers are constructed in the republic under the co-financing programme using regional and federal budgets. 42 more village centers are to be constructed in Tatarstan until the end of the year.
Later on the same day, Minnikhanov visited the natural spring that was reconstructed at the expense of the grant won by the Apastovsky region under the contest of public social projects of Tatarstan municipalities held by the Tatarstan regional branch of “United Russia” party.
The next object visited by Rustam Minnikhanov was the central regional hospital that has been repaired since 2011. 24 mln roubles were allocated for the repair of the maternity department, children’s unit and administrative building.
18 health care institutions have been constructed and repaired in the republic for the first half-year of 2015.
Rustam Minnikhanov also visited the memorial complex in Apastovo opened for the 65th anniversary of Victory. Names of 11, 000 WWII soldiers are memorized there. Two walls of the memorial complex are dedicated to participants of military operations in Afghanistan and Chechnya.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
