I sincerely thank the Administration of Yelabuga, the Ministry of Culture, other departments for being actively involved in this matter, as well as our participants and guests. From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the holiday and hope that, despite the rain, the festival will be a success and we will find a lot of friends and buy interesting things,” Minnikhanov said welcoming participants and guests of the fair.
