Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Shauvalov open three kindergartens in Laishevo region

On August 18, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov participated in the solemn opening of the kindergarten for 140 children in Sokuri village of Laishevo region in Tatarstan. The building houses 6 group premises with sports and musical halls, a sensory room, curriculum and doctor's offices, a catering unit, a laundry, and a sport and recreation ground. The modern developing and information-intensive educational environment is created there to promote children’s activity.
Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Shuvalov also watched online broadcasting of the other two kindergartens in Laishevo town and Bolshie Kabani village (Laishevo region).
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the residents with the event and noted that the formation of future school children takes place in the kindergarten. Taking the opportunity, Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude to the builders for qualitative work.
Then, the guests overviewed new kindergarten premises such as sports and musical halls and got familiar with work conducted in the group for infants.
“75 kindergartens for 10, 000 children are scheduled to be opened in the republic this year. It is the record number of kindergartens ever built in the republic,” Interim President of Tatarstan Republic said.
In his turn, Igor Shuvalov praised the leadership of Tatarstan Republic for successful implementation of innovations in solving problems related to queue in kindergartens and noticed that Tatarstan was among the first regions to have used electronic queue systems to kindergartens.
It should be noted that social facilities are constructed by Tatarstan Republic Presidential programmes that are financed from regional budget. 30 unique programmes are under way in the republic, most of which are aimed at rural area development. None of them were cut back despite the crisis.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
