Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Shuvalov visits construction site of Solovinaya roscha housing estate

On August 18, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov who arrived on a working trip in Kazan inspected the construction pace of Solovinaya roscha housing estate.
Solovinaya roscha housing estate with 9-11 storey brick houses of economy class on land plot of 11.2 hectares is located in Privolzhsky district of Kazan.
Upon arrival, Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Shuvalov got familiar with the special information stand. 2240 apartments for 5.5 thousand people are planned to be built. The construction is divided into three stages. The first stage will be completed soon with 44254 square meters of housing commissioned, the second stage with 20239 square meters of housing will be finished by 2016, and the third stage started this year with 35855 square meters of housing.
Igor Shuvalov got interested in sale of apartments in constructed houses and their cost. Then, the guests saw ready apartments in one of the houses. Igor Shuvalov offered to create special measures to keep up reasonable prices for houses. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that social mortgage programme is successfully underway in the republic.
In conclusion, the guests were told that landscape beautification with fountain, planting trees and gardens, children's playground and recreational area for adults will be provided .
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
