Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in opening of international aviation and space salon MAKS 2015

On August 25, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of international aviation and space salon MAKS 2015 in Zhukovsky near Moscow.
Tatarstan presented its major enterprises, such as Kazan Helicopters, JSC, Kazan Electropribor Plant, JSC Radiopribor, JSC, Zavod Elecon, JSC, KAZAN GIPRONIIAVIAPROM, CJSC , Kazan instrument-making design bureau, JSC, and SRA Radioelectronics named after V.I. Shimko.
Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in the official opening.
The international aviation salon is a place for establishing a dialogue of professionals, business and industrial contacts, insight into best practice in the sphere of development, production, sales, service and maintenance of aviation equipment.
Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the exhibits presented at MAKS 2015 and took part in the special summer programme about the aviation salon. He also discussed issues of import substitution with Yuri Slyusar, President of PAO “United Aircraft Corporation”, and Aleksandr Mikheev, Director General of “Russian helicopters” holding .

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
