Festival of parks and squares to be held in Kazan

On September 3, Aide to Tatarstan President Natalia Fishman and manager of the festival Vasil Badreev told that days of parks and squares will take place in Kazan on September 5-6.

The festival will be held in 10 parks in Kazan and 50 parks around Tatarstan. Four parks will open after reconstruction in Kazan this weekend, - “Sosnovaya rosha”, “Molodezhny” square, Kharovoe lake, and Lyadskoi Garden.

On September 5-6 the festival of street culture “Uram bit” will be held in Victory Park.

Visitors of Lyadskoi Garden will enjoy performances of different theater ensembles and listen to lectures of professional photographers.

Best artists of Tatarstan will show their performances at “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” festival (Millennium Park).

New concept of the territory of “Sosnovaya rosha” park will be presented on September 5. Visitors will also see unique children’s playgrounds that were created using Danish and Dutch technologies.

A special event dedicated to travelling around continents of the world will be organized for children in “Continent” park (Yamashev prospect).

Graduates of Kazan rock school, and other music bands will perform in “Molodezhny” square.

Visitors of Gorky Park will share their ideas about development of social sphere and infrastructure of Kazan at the festival of ideas.

Aksenov live festival will be held in Aksenov square.
