Board session of Tatneft Oil company held in Kazan

On September 29, Board session of Tatneft Oil company chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held in Kazan. Results of budget execution for eight months of 2015 were considered and budgets for October and fourth quarter of the current year were approved at the session.
The board of directors heard information about resource base of Tatneft company and oil production maintenance in the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the audit company “Miller and Lenz”, for the beginning of 2015 the company’s oil reserves make 851,5 mln tones, prospective oil reserves - 323,7 mln tones, and possible oil reserves - 28,9 mln tones. For the last five years the increase in oil reserves exceeded oil production volume by 1.2 times.
It was noted that Tatneft group has sufficient resource base to stabilize and increase oil production in Tatarstan and Russia.
Results of measures taken on increasing financial stability of Tatneft branches were discussed at the session.
Under current economic conditions, the influence of macroeconomic parameters on the company’s financial and economic activity is being analyzed.
Replenishment of deficit is realized by means of measures being taken in several areas, including oil production, oil and gas processing, petrochemical sector, and import substitution.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
