New projects with investments of 12.6 bln rubles to be implemented in Alabuga SEZ

On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the Supervisory council of Alabuga Specialized Economic Zone on approving four projects of potential residents and increasing investments of the existing resident. The total cost of projects is 12.6 bln rubles.

The investment project of OOO “Kamatech” implies construction of maleic anhydride production plant. The founders of OOO “Kamatech” are OOO “Pa-Rus” and a German engineering company Chemieanlagenbau Chemnitz GmbH. The total amount of investments makes 9.958 bln rubles.

OOO “Plentmak” is going to produce equipment for the production of paving slabs, tiles and concrete blocks. The expected amount of investments makes 160 mln rubles.

OOO “Champignons of Tatarstan” will produce champignons. The plant’s capacity is expected to make 5,600 tonnes of mushrooms per year.

The project of OOO “IGS Agro” implies production of compost and champignons. Negotiations about product supplies have already been held with a few local companies.  

Alabuga SEZ now has 49 residents with the announced amount of investments of 154.9 bln rubles.
