Ildar Khalikov meets with official delegation from Moscow headed by Aleksei Shaposhnikov

On October 30, within the framework of Days of Moscow in Tatarstan, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov met with the official delegation from Moscow headed by Chairman of Moscow City Duma Aleksei Shaposhnikov.

The Prime Minister welcomed the guests on behalf of President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov and noted that Days of Moscow in Tatarstan have become traditional. He continued that a lot of important social project that are implemented in Moscow are a good example for the republic and Moscow and Tatarstan have much in common culture, health care, sport, and other spheres.

Aleksei Shaposhnikov reminded that the agreement on cooperation between Moscow and Tatarstan was signed in 2011, and Moscow is a large consumer of goods produced in the republic, from agricultural products, cars to high technologies. He added that there are more than half a million of Tatars living in Moscow, and the regional public organization “Community of Tatars” created in 2014 is the most active organization that have an impact on social and political life in Moscow.
