Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov meets with KAMAZ-Master team

On November 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, Director General of PAO “KAMAZ” Sergei Kogogin, Deputy Minister of youth affairs and sport Rustam Garifullin and Head of the team Vladimir Chagin met with KAMAZ-Master team before they went to rally Dakar-2016.

Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the preparation of the team for the rally.

Sergei Kogogin wished the team good luck in races “Africa eco race”, and “Dakar”.

Today the team will head for the starting point. They will be traveling through Russia and Europe for ten days, and then will go to the starting point on a ferry which will take a month.

Four Russian crews will take part in Dakar-2016: pilots Eduard Nikolayev, Airat Mardeev, Andrei Karginov and Dmitry Sotnikov, also mechanics and navigators. The trucks will cover the distance of 9, 000 kilometers and finish the race on January 16.

The race will be held on the territory of Bolivia and Argentina.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “ Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
