Enterprises of RT housing - communal complex owe ZAO “Tatgasinvest” 775, 4 mln. dollars

Director general of ZAO “Tatgasinvest” Rinat Khanbikov reported on debts of RT housing - communal complex to his company at a meeting in the House of RT government held by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

By words of Rinat Khanbikov from January to April, 2010 the main amount of debts of housing – communal enterprises has made 775, 4 mln. dollars.

Director general of ZAO “Tatgasinvest” informed that agreements on restructuring have been concluded with all enterprises-debtors, but they are not fulfilled.

Among debtors are enterprises of heat network of Bugulma, Elabuga, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, Biryuli, Kamskoe Ustie, Rybnaya Sloboda regions and “Kazenergo” company.

Rinat Khanbikov reminded that such situation may lead to frustration of payments to JSC “Gasprom” for delivered gas in the republic.

He said likewise that in May and June 2010 OOO “Mezhregiongas” (the subsidiary of JSC “Gasprom”) concludes agreements on necessary gas volumes deliveries for 2011. The key term is full payment for a used gas.

Thus, head of “Tatgasinvest” thinks it is necessary to regulate control for financial means collected by enterprises of housing - communal complex and provide its target use.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov suggested taking the situation under control.

ZAO “Tatgasinvest” is a joint authorized operator of RT government and OOO “Mezhregiongas” (JSC “Gasprom”) which is involved with purchase of natural gas, its realization, provision of current payments and restructuring of consumers’ receivables.
