President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is in Kiev with official Russian delegation

Today President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is in Kiev with official Russian delegation within frameworks of state visit of RF President Dmitry Medvedev to Ukraine.

Head of Russian Federation visits Kiev by invitation of Viktor Yanukovich, site www.kremlin.ru informs. During a two-day visit (May, 17-18) it is planned to hold the third session of Russian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission.

Moreover, presidents of Russian and Ukraine are going to sign a number of agreements on economic cooperation, particularly in nuclear power engineering sector and aircraft building.

Today, on May, 17 presidents will lay wreaths to the grave of the Unknown Soldier.

We remind that on May, 11, 2010 RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov in Kiev. Parties discussed a wide range of issues connected with automobile building, aircraft building and oil processing.

Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “ Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
