President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov received citizens from municipal regions in format of video conference

Today RT President Rustam Minnikhanov received citizens from municipal regions in video conference format at the Kazan Kremlin.

We remind that some letters were chosen from total number of addresses at random.

Thus, Safin Nail Ziyatovich from Naberezhnye Chelny city asked for help with repairing training trawler “Severomorsk”. Rustam Minnikhanov addressed head of holding “Ak Bars” Ivan Egorov with request to render sponsor help for repairing training ship and its tugging to Gorky Zelenodolsk shipbuilding plant. He also offered to set up an account for those willing to render sponsor help and transfer financial funds.

Udenazarova Maria Stepanovna from Nizhnekamsk asked RT President for rendering assistance in repairing tombstone and placing fence at her father’s grave, veteran of Great Patriotic War (he died in 2003). The tombstone was placed but it is to be repaired now. Local authorities and company “Ritual-service” from the so-called “Victory Fund” promised to help and repair the tombstone by July, 1, 2010.

Later Rustam Minnikhanov spoke to citizens of Kamsko-Ustinsky region via video conference.

Veteran Anosov Sergey Vladimirovich wrote a letter to RT President reception. He asked to pay attention to the fact that in village Kuibyshevsky, backwater of Kamsko-Ustinsky region founded in 1953 water supply system and sewage had become very old. The available engineering infrastructure cannot handle increased loads and often goes down.

RT President talked to Deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing Rauzil Khaziev on this issue. He said that a boiler house in this village had already been repaired, some houses had been transferred to individual heating. Rauzil Khaziev also informed that in 2011 one of the federal programs on reconstructing engineering networks will be conducted in this village.

RT President offered to allocate 8 mln. roubles for Kamsko-Ustinsky region in 2010 to solve the problem and define works on repairing water supply system in the village.

Laishevsky municipal region addressed to the President on the subject of constructing roads among settlements Kaipy-Berezovka-Paltsovka. The letter with such request was received from Zaitsev Vasily Ivanovich.

Rustam Minnikhanov asked RT Ministry of transport and road construction to comment on this issue. Head of the ministry Lenar Safin explained that construction of road in this area is planned to be realized in 2010.
