Annual plan on housing construction in Tatarstan realized by 50 %

939 000 m² (47 % of annual plan) of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan. Such information was given by RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin informed at republican meeting on issues of realization of RF Law “On fund of assistance to reformation of housing and communal services” in Tatarstan, construction and commissioning of housing, including construction of houses for veterans registered after March,1,2005. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov from Elabuga city where he is currently staying with working visit.

According to State housing fund 188 000 m² of housing was commissioned in first half-year. It makes 21 % from annual plan. By words of Marat Khusnullin Ministry of construction, architecture and housing continues working on formation of housing program for 2011-2013 years.

Upon the whole volumes of program in republic for 2011-2012 years should make 2 mln. 50 000 m², for 2013 – 2,1 mln. m². 

By July,8 8520 agreements on improvement of housing conditions were concluded with veterans.

RF Ministry of regional development prepared an offer on making alterations in federal budget 2010 which implies allocation of additional funds at the rate of 35,9 bln. roubles for improvement of housing conditions of veterans registered after 01.03.2005.

Summing up, RT President Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that all agreements should be implemented and construction works should not be stopped. He also promised that money for program realization would be allocated.
