Housing area of 1,2 mln. m² be commissioned in Tatarstan by results of eight months

Housing area of 1,2 mln. m² to be commissioned in Tatarstan by results of eight months. 250 000 m² of housing are to be constructed by the program of social mortgage. This was announced today by RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin at republican meeting on issues of housing construction and providing housing for war veterans.

The meeting was traditionally held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions.

According to Head of the ministry, 800 000 m² of housing are to be commissioned in Tatarstan for left four months.

As for providing housing for war veterans, 10 488 contracts have been concluded for August, 20.

CEO of State housing fund under RT President Talgat Abdullin reported on work of the fund. He informed that receipt of funds from federal budget is expected in form of subsidies for veterans.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that work on housing construction should be vitalized up in republic in 2011. Besides, head of republic was interested in realization of program “Young family” in Tatarstan.

Capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities completed in Tatarstan

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

Aleksey Pesoshin holds a meeting of competition committee “Manager of the Year – 2025”

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
