RT President Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in joint session of RF State council and commission on modernization and technological development of RF economy. The session is held by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in George hall of Big Kremlin Palace (Moscow).

The joint session is dedicated to issue of developing system of professional education in Russia.

By words of Dmitry Medvedev, system of professional education is still unbalanced by its level. He supposes that today higher education is much more important and there is lack of specialists trained within frameworks of secondary and primary professional education.

Russian President considers that first of all it is necessary to involve professional education in process of modernization. Professional order for specialists should be formed by business societies to provide highly professional staff. Moreover, it is important to arrange the chain “lyceum – college – university”. Such experience should be used throughout the country. Much emphasis is to be put on interaction between universities and industrial sector.
