Graduates of training schools in Tatarstan to get diplomas of leading universities

Graduates of some institutions of primary and secondary professional education in Tatarstan will get university diplomas on finishing their studying.

RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin told about new project at briefing in the RT Cabinet. By his words, within the last three years much emphasis has been put on popularization of working and engineer professions in Tatarstan. The program realized in republic has already brought some results.

Airat Shafigullin is sure it is necessary to enhance prestige of working specialities. He suggested for discussion the project of new republican target program of popularization of working and engineer professions to be realized in 2011-2013 years. Information about the project is on site of RT Ministry of labor, employment and social protection in section “Plans and programs”.

Airat Shafigullin considers that one more efficient measure for enhancing prestige of working professions is creation of educational clusters of the basis of major universities of republic such as Kazan (the Volga) Federal University, Tupolev Kazan State Technical University and Kazan State Technological University (Kazan State Chemical Technological Institute). Institutions of primary and secondary professional education will enter their structure. Owing to this it will be possible to realize multilevel training.
