“Electronic children’s garden” project is to be developed in Tatarstan

Today RT Prime minister Ildar Khalikov has ordered to develop “Electronic children’s garden’ project at a House of Government session dedicated to to problem of lineup to preschool educational institutions.
Today the problems of place deficiency in children’s gardens, which solving a special attention had been paid by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov at teacher’s council in August in Nizhnekamsk city. In current meeting took part RT First Deputy Prime minister Ravil Muratov First Deputy Premier – Chief of RT staff Shamil Gafarov, Head of Rt Ministry of education an science Albert Gilmutdinov and other officials.
In his report RT Minister of education informed that by official data total lineup to children’s gardens of Tatarstan makes up 29,3 ths. people. By words of Albert Gilmutdinov, deficiency of places in RT children’s gardens is growing by increasing rates. In January of current year the lineup was by 6 times lower. The problem is especially hard in Kazan where 17 ths. children are waiting their turn ( this is 27 пper cent of children of corresponding category), the situation worsened in Naberezhny Chelny – the lineup there makes 4,5 ths. (24 per cent).
In this connection Ildar Khalikov ordered in two months term to develop concept project of “Electronic children’s garden”. Due to implementation of this project a unified electronic data base of preschoolers will be created. By opinion of Prime minister it is necessary to systemize process of issuing permits to children’s garden’s, having developed single software product, which must be received by regional sections and education depts.. He also underlines to include information on health of children and their academic parameters in electronic database.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
